Ground Meat:
Creamy Turkey and Vegetable Soup – A lovely use for the summer/fall vegetables that are prevalent at farmers markets. Ground turkey, veggies and smoky bacon in a creamy base.
Pizza Zucchini Skillet – Homemade Italian Turkey Sausage, pepperoni, pasta, zucchini, peppers, and onions covered with a blanket of cheese (dairy free option).
Chicken Breast:
Smoky Chicken Bowls with Cucumber Mango Relish – BBQ spice rubbed chicken breasts over coleslaw with a fresh cucumber and mango relish with a smoky chipotle drizzle.
Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Potatoes – Baked potatoes hollowed and re-stuffed with ranch mashed potatoes and topped with BBQ spice rubbed chicken, bacon, cheese and more Ranch.
