Italian Sheet Pan Dinner + Hawaiian Burgers + Vietnamese Summer Salad + Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Zucchini
Hi friends.
This week’s plan is a celebration of cultures. As I mentioned last week, make sure to check your pantry list. These are items we will use in small amounts regularly. If a meal plan uses an unusual amount of a pantry ingredient, I will include it on the shopping list to make sure you have the needed amount.

Ground Meat:
Turkey Meatball Sheet Pan Dinner – Baked turkey meatballs with garlicky zucchini, red peppers and roasted potatoes.
Hawaiian Turkey Burger – The juiciest turkey burger with grilled onion and pineapple and teriyaki glaze. Served with Sweet Potato Fries.
Chicken Breast:
Vietnamese Shredded Chicken Salad – Shredded chicken, greens, herbs, veggies and a lime vinaigrette. Super light and perfect for the still hot summer evenings.
Hatch Chicken Popper Stuffed Zucchini – Chicken, cheese, cream cheese, bacon and Hatch chiles stuffed into zucchini. Served with Cucumber and Avocado Salad
