Subscriber-only Q&A’s — As a paid subscriber you can ask me anything you want to know and I will share a subscriber-only newsletter answering your questions! Many will have a theme and I’ll get questions beforehand.

Subscriber-only chat & comments — Unlock a more intimate community (that doesn’t rely on Facebook) where we discuss anything and everything. See below for more info.
Be the first to know — I have so many ideas for the near future that I’m working on right now. Substack is my new home and you will be the first to know about all new and exciting announcements.
I want this to be a place where we can all interact and feel like friends. I’m always open to your feedback and love hearing what’s most valuable to you.
How to Navigate the Website
I’m so grateful that you’re here with me as a paid subscriber. There are two main tabs you will want to know about:
Weekly Meal Plans - This is useful if you choose not to have meal plans emailed to you and just want to use the website or app. It’s an archive of all meal plans with recipe titles and date in descending chronological order. You can click the 🔎at the top of the page to search for a particular meal you liked if you want to go back to it.
Chat - Ask me questions about recipes or anything else, ask our community about restaurant recs when traveling (we have people from all over the US, Canada, Europe and UK), discuss notes with others, share your feedback with me, and just have a fun conversation!
Archive - All posts in descending chronological order. You can click the 🔎at the top of the page and search by ingredient or meal.
Index (Coming Soon) - I will be organizing all recipe posts in several categories so this will be an even better feature than the Archives. Until it’s up and running use the search feature.
Shortcuts, Subs & Such
These meal plans are meant to help make mealtime more doable for you whether you’re short on time, money or both. In each PDF, there will be notes on shortcuts for when you’re short on time, DIY options for when you’re short on money and lots of other tips to just make you a better home cook.
I also include my recs for the cleanest storebought products and brands. I even have discount codes for some! Look for these within recipe and shopping list. Also keep an eye on the homepage for updated links and discount codes. I will be keeping a running list there.
Weekly Meal Plan Bonuses
In addition to the Meal Plans you receive as a paid subscriber, these are several great bonus resources to help you get the most out of the meal plans and are all in the archive, but I’ve included them below with a handy “Download” button so you don’t have to go search for them.
