Sloppy Joe Sweet Potatoes with Quick Vinegar Slaw – Sub regular potatoes for sweets if your crew doesn’t like sweet potatoes. Serve with your favorite salad and dressing if they don’t like slaw.
Chicken Breast:
Salsa Chicken Salad – Transform this into tacos or or taco salad by layering ingredients in tortillas or adding chips to the salad.
