Each meal plan is based on two inexpensive proteins: ground meat (different varieties, but you can sub what you like) and boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Ground Turkey:
Summer Turkey Ragu with Zucchini “Pasta” – Quick turkey ragu with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil over zucchini shaved into Pappardelle shaped noodles (way easier than it sounds)
Sesame Pepper Turkey Bowls – Ground turkey in a sweet sesame sauce with red peppers and carrots over rice with cucumber salad.
Chicken Breast:
Chicken Club Salad – Chicken combined with a mayo dressing, bacon and cheese over Romaine and tomato salad with easy homemade gluten free croutons.
BBQ Chicken Quesadillas – BBQ sauced shredded chicken with cheddar stuffed in tortillas and “grilled” with roasted corn salad on the side.
